Clue Pursuit is our annual campus-wide treasure hunt, meticulously crafted to test the agility, lateral thinking, and resourcefulness required to launch a successful startup. Each clue is a mini-business problem, a challenge in logistics, or a market research task. Teams must collaborate efficiently, manage their time under pressure, and occasionally, outbid their competitors to progress. This year's theme focuses on sustainable tech, requiring participants to think green while chasing the gold.
What to Expect:
- Decryption Challenges: Puzzles requiring knowledge of basic financial metrics and coding logic.
- Physical Tasks: Small, time-sensitive obstacles testing team coordination.
- Networking Clues: Mandatory interaction with faculty mentors and alumni for specific information.
- Grand Finale: A final 25 Question Quiz that will test everyone's emtreprenur thinking and skills.

Tournament Format
This is the premier college esports event! The tournament spans three days, starting with qualifiers and culminating in the Grand Finals. The format is standard Battle Royale Squads (4v4), primarily played on the Erangel map. We prioritize fair play, and all matches will be streamed live on the Vedam Lecture Theatre TV, with professional commentary. Teams are encouraged to practice communication, strategy, and precision before the drop.
Key Rules:
- Team Size: 4 players only.
- Device: Mobile devices only (no emulators).
- Fair Play: Strict rules against cheating, VPNs, and unauthorized modifications.
- Match Schedule: Detailed schedule will be released one week prior to the event.

Yes! While a majority of our participants are from VST, the Tech Fest is generally open to students from all colleges across Pune and surrounding regions. Please check the official rules document (available soon) for any specific team composition requirements.
The primary format is based on teams of 4. While individual registration is possible, we highly encourage you to form a team beforehand to tackle the problem statements effectively. Unassigned individuals may be merged into incomplete teams, if possible.
The BGMI Tournament strictly enforces **Mobile Devices Only** rules. This means smartphones are allowed, but tablets, iPads, and any form of emulator (PC software) are prohibited to ensure fair play across all competing teams.
It is not strictly mandatory, but it is **highly encouraged**! Vedostav is a celebration of our culture and the festive spirit of Diwali. Wearing traditional attire adds greatly to the ambiance and is a fun part of the event.
The event requires a mix of general knowledge, lateral thinking, basic business acumen (finance, marketing), and physical coordination. It's more about smart teamwork and resourcefulness than specialized academic knowledge.
Prizes for events like Clue Pursuit and the BGMI Tournament are typically distributed immediately following the grand finale of the respective event. Details will be communicated to the winning teams by the organizing club heads.
